Every tech there was very helpful, I was with my 2 children when vehicle was having issues, they did inform me that they did not work on vehicles that are not Volkswagen or Audi but my car was misfiring and they wouldn’t let me leave knowing that I had the babies in the vehicle with me, that alone says a lot about everyone there, it was 4 guys, I don’t remember there name lol but 1 black, 1 Asian, and other 2 appeared to be Caucasian, they made sure that my car was up on its Maintenance before I left doing more then just the coil packs that were needed, topped off my oil, trans, coolant, and windshield washer fluid lol talk about be spoiled. But I appreciate you guys snd thanks for making sure the babies and myself were safe before taking off!!!

Chris and his team were extremely kind, patient and knowledgable in the process of getting my Jetta's alternator replaced. Not only do they accept customer provided parts unlike the dealerships and other VW mechanics in town, but these guys know what they're doing without the ridiculous dealer prices. The other place in town, Wagenhaus, was quoting me over $800 whereas here they did it for only $400. Now my car runs better than it ever has. They even helped me in replacing my taillight and window switches in a pinch despite it coming up last minute after my alternator replacement. I've been here several times over the years for parts such as the secondary air pump and a window replacement and am consistently pleased with their expertise, speedy service times and understanding nature. They can really do it all. Every step of the way, they explained exactly what was being done, why it needed to be done and the chain reaction parts had on other components of the car. I had many naive "dumb" questions that they thoroughly answered, without making me feel silly or trying to rush me out the door. The customer service is wonderful. I had an issue with my Audi and it’s hard to find people that will fix that car and actually know what they are doing. Normally I only take it to the dealership but the work schedule wouldn’t permit that. These people looked at my car explained everything wrong in detail in a way I understood and gave my car back within a week and didn’t charge me dealership prices it wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been. The area is a little ghetto some what of a hot mess but I guess that is to be expected. Chris is very kind and respectful. If anyone is looking for someone trustworthy to fix an Audi please give them a call. I had spoken to four different people before found these guys. I also appreciate the honesty of the guys who are across the street from them as well they all explained the difference in working on the different types of luxury and foreign cars. They helped me to understand a little better. I appreciate the knowledge but I will leave the car repair to them. Thank you so so much. My baby and I are rolling fine but if that changes I will be back.

Strongly recommend for suspension and general mechanic work! I had some suspension work done by them. Coilovers and other parts. They even saved me thousands over the local VW dealership by just giving me a simple tip to fix an ABS issue on my Jetta.
